INJURY PREVENTION

Injury prevention can apply to anyone who has been previously hurt, recovering from an injury or an individual that wants to avoid injury. My extensive experience as a rehabilitation strength coach has equipped me with the skills necessary to build injury resiliency. I am determined to fill the gap in physical therapy and return to play. With a program focused on injury prevention, you can build the strength necessary to get back to your recreational activities.

FAT LOSS

The FLX perspective to fat loss is to build muscle to burn more calories! You can expect both high intensity and strength training exercises. In order to reach the goal of losing fat there are multiple approaches that require more than a treadmill or going for a run. With my unique hybrid style workouts you will have the ability to reach your goal!

FUNCTIONAL FITNESS

Functional fitness is a fancy way of describing exercises that mimic everyday movements under resistance. Everyday we sit, bend, reach, turn, etc. Chances are you may be sitting with a rounded back or picking objects up and straining your muscles. Functional fitness builds a strong foundation for you to participate in daily activities while avoiding injury.

ATHLETIC PERFORMANCE

As a former athlete and current strength coach, I believe everyone should train like an athlete regardless of age. Whether or not you are ready to step on the court, the same principals apply. My approach to programming prioritizes injury prevention, optimal strength exercises and cardiovascular fitness to attain peak performance.

ANIMAL FLOW

Animal Flow is a movement practice that utilizes body weight patterns that flow into one another. FLX withLex incorporates Animal Flow in many ways to build strength, stability, mobility, power, neuromuscular facilitation, breath, healing and primal instinct.
