FLX Foundations

  • FLX Foundations is a program designed to build strong roots in your movement patterns so you can move with confidence. You will have 3 workouts/week and 6 phases to continue to challenge the new movements you will acquire. Progress to the next phase every 3-4 weeks!
  • Who is this for?

    • Beginner friendly
    • New gym goers unsure of where to start in their workouts

Bands At Home

  • A program using only bands to challenge your strength. You will have 3 workouts/week and 3 phases to build on your newly acquired skills! Progress to the next phase every 3-4 weeks.
  • Who is this for?

    • People travelling and want to maintain strength/movement
    • People limited on equipment
    • Beginners who want to go through the motions with light intensity before picking up the weights.

Body Weight Only

  • 20-30 minute intermediate to advanced workouts that will elevate your heart rate and challenge your strength. An effective way to get your workout in during a time crunch, in a tight space. No equipment necessary!
  • Who is this for?

    • Intermediate level fitness who can squat, lunge, and kneel
    • People looking for a quick and effective sweat
    • People travelling
    • People limited on equipment

Each program is different.
FLX Foundations: may be best performed inside of a gym with dumbbells & kettlebells. I have had people do this at home gym as well. The bands at home program requires
Bands at Home: requires mini bands, long bands, and bands with handles (Handle not necessary but are helpful)
Body Only: no equipment, maybe a mat for comfort
