FLX Foundations
- FLX Foundations is a program designed to build strong roots in your movement patterns so you can move with confidence. You will have 3 workouts/week and 6 phases to continue to challenge the new movements you will acquire. Progress to the next phase every 3-4 weeks!

Bands At Home
- A program using only bands to challenge your strength. You will have 3 workouts/week and 3 phases to build on your newly acquired skills! Progress to the next phase every 3-4 weeks.

- 20-30 minute intermediate to advanced workouts that will elevate your heart rate and challenge your strength. An effective way to get your workout in during a time crunch, in a tight space. No equipment necessary!
